Hi there! I’m Carmen Olmetti, a broker and owner of The ARG Team. I’ve lived in the Chicagoland area my whole life, currently residing in Elmhurst. I have a deep passion for helping families realize the dream of homeownership. I founded ARG because I wanted to bring a personal, strategic approach to home buying and selling. My vision is to provide a world class experience rooted in trust, transparency, and truly serving clients’ needs. At ARG we demystify the buying and selling experience and connect all the dots every step of the way.

My comprehensive approach, extensive local market expertise, and commitment to best-in-class customer service empowers clients to move through the buying or selling process with confidence. I have experience in negotiations having worked as a corporate labor negotiator for six years. I also bring 15 years of corporate experience working as a strategy consultant and in-house with SAP and LinkedIn.

Carmen’s corporate experience gives him the know-how to approach each transaction from both a strategic and tactical perspective, giving the best overall customer experience and making sure the buying or selling process is seamless.
